A personalized program designed specifically for your body and goals.
We begin with a private online assessment session where we look at movement patterns, pain history, lifestyle and capacity. Based on this, I record three customized 25-minute sessions for you to keep and practice independently.
When you’re ready to progress, we meet again for a new assessment and update your program with another recorded set — allowing your training to evolve safely and intelligently over time.
Ideal for clients who enjoy flexibility, structure, and long-term self-practice with professional guidance.
