My members area offers you access to various Pilates programs with different themes & focusses.
These are carefully curated programs with minimal workout props, consisting of low-impact movements to help you maintain a healthy body & sharp mind through your online training with me.
Sessions within a given program are all maximum 20-30-minutes long, so you can squeeze in a session even on a busy day. Each program comes with instructions & recommendations but you can also choose to mix & match the sessions however you prefer, unless recommended otherwise.

The Early Postpartum Program is a 7-week Pilates program (16 mini-workouts) designed specifically for you to re-build a connection to your body & start your ab rehab after pregnancy & childbirth. You can follow my suggested progressive sequence of workouts for each week or ultimately, mix & match the sessions however you wish. Remember, repetition is where we learn & where results happen.
PS! Though the name states “Early Postpartum”, it is still a foundational Pilates program suitable to anyone who is new to the practice & wishes to start slow & carefully.
