Core, Shoulders, Arms

We were working on finding that deepened core connection for rehabilitation purposes, and connecting the breath with our abdominal activation.

We went through several positions to work through the entire body, finding flexions, side flexions, extensions and twists in the spine.

Focus is on challenging the core and strengthening the shoulders and arms.
