Hips & Pelvic Health
We were working on finding that deepened core connection for rehabilitation purposes, and connecting the breath with our abdominal activation.
We went through several positions to work through the entire body, finding flexions, side flexions, extensions and twists in the spine.
A spotlight here is challenging the core and finding stability in the hips & pelvis. We also dedicated some time to strengthen the inner thighs - pelvic floor connection and released the hips simultaneously. All the aforementioned hip exercises were consciously chosen to help with any lower back tensions and pains.
