Glute & Back Strength for Pelvic Stability

THE TOOLS you will need for this class in addition to your workout mat are a small firm pillow & a chair.

This class is heavily focussed on working out your glutes & thighs for that increased pelvic stability while keeping up with your core breaths for that abdominal and pelvic floor engagement throughout the entire 50 minutes.
The secondary focus is on strengthening the back muscles while balancing the strengthening movements with some nice spinal mobility.

For some exercises where most people feel challenged, I also offer softer alternatives for the movement. So, please respect where you are at in your recovery and do not force an exercise if you feel it is too much for you.
