START HERE: Core Breath

Thinking of taking up Pilates?

The core breaths are the very first and most important things to master before starting to learn any other exercises within the method. Implement those into your practice and you will have an easier time understanding as well as executing more complex movements as it will give you a good base and foundation to build upon.

For postnatal time, your core breath will lead you towards gradually regaining sensation, stabilising the core, playing an important role in recovering the abdominal separation, re-building strength and teaching you core control.

You will work through elements such as ALIGNMENT, BREATH, ABDOMINAL activation & PELVIC FLOOR engagement.

Practice this as often as you can!
