Re-Connecting to Deep Core

We were working on finding that deepened core connection for rehabilitation purposes, and connecting the breath with our abdominal activation in various positions.

More time was spent on specific exercises for your pelvic floor awareness & engagement as well as spinal mobility from the beginning of the class. This, to properly prepare your body for movement so you'd be able to fully engage in the strength exercises that followed.

On all fours, we tested your stability and core activation with Cross-Body-Presses & continued into a rather challenging sequence for your back and glutes.

The class ends on the back, finding opposition between the abdomen and leg movements. Follow the instructions carefully to perform the exercises as precisely as possible for maximum effect.
