Stability & Mobility

We were working on finding that deepened core connection for rehabilitation purposes, and connecting the breath with our abdominal activation. This bit is the absolute MOST IMPORTANT aspect of proper core rehabilitation!

We went through several positions to work through the entire body, finding flexions, side flexions, extensions and twists in the spine.

We paid extra attention on challenging the core and finding stability in the hips & pelvis. We also took some time for spinal mobility and working a little bit more on the upper back strength, as well as went through a really nice stretch for the wrists that is helpful for those that feel tension and pain in the wrists ( for example, from the constant holding and lifting your baby or having a desk job).
