Mobility

We were working on finding that deepened core connection for rehabilitation purposes, and connecting the breath with our abdominal activation in various positions.

The session focussed a lot on mobility and initiating that movement from the deep core. Expect to feel light and fully opened after this session.

The tools I use is a chair and a small firm pillow.
