Pelvic Floor & Spinal Mobility

We were working on finding that deepened core connection for rehabilitation purposes, and connecting the breath with our abdominal activation in various positions.

This session took a chunk of time to facilitate your work with the slow twitch pelvic floor muscles (i.e. the part of the pelvic floor muscles whose activation/contraction we are able to control). Remember, the pelvic floor is a part of your core musculature, and its health & functionality is crucial for your overall health for years to come.

Another focus in this session is spinal mobility, whereas you're going to be doing twists in various positions.

Hope that you're left feeling light and comfortable at the end of this soft Pilates Session.
